professionals with experience in technology, public relations, business
development, marketing and sales and finance.
Brett Serjeantson
CTO & Founder
Brett has worked in the high-tech industry for over 10 years, working both in
a marketing capacity and developing business and online applications. He also
helped to develop the concept and product architecture for MediaMiser.
He is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and Algonquin College
with courses of study in corporate communications, computer science, and
multimedia.
Brett has helped architect web sites such as Canada Post and the Government of
Canada. He was also the webmaster for QNX Software Systems Ltd. and took a lead
role in enabling online business processes for QNX.
Brett was also responsible for developing many customer portals and pioneered
online lead generation while at QNX.
Brett is the chief technology officer, leading the creation and development of the
MediaMiser's software solution. The combination of his application development and
understanding of corporate communications helped to create a unique web-based software
solution that acts as a complete media analysis platform and information management
system for PR and marketing professionals.
Brett plays a main role in the development and direction of MediaMiser by guiding
new product innovations and business planning. His creative ideas that formed
MediaMiser Enterprise still help to produce
useful features and additions that keep MediaMiser's software innovative.

Chris Morrison
Co-Founder & Vice President, Client Services
As a founder of MediaMiser Ltd., Chris continues to help shape the analysis
software platform, based on his extensive communications experience with both
private and public organizations. Chris was instrumental in bringing on board
MediaMiser's initial lead customers, and continues to lend support in new
business activities. Most of his time is dedicated to training and helping
customers meet and exceed their media analysis objectives—in addition to
identifying new trends in media monitoring and analysis.
Prior to starting MediaMiser, Chris was a senior consultant within the
technology, government, and corporate communications practice of Hill and
Knowlton Canada. Here he gained over seven years experience in developing and
executing media relations campaigns with companies of all sizes—from small
start-ups to large multinationals. He was also responsible for the measurement
and analysis of these programs.
Chris graduated with honours from Algonquin College, where he studied
communications in the PR Diploma Program—a program in which he continues to
participate through analysis presentations and consulting in the student-run PR
agency. He is also a regular guest speaker for the graduating class of the
Algonquin Journalism Program.
Chris's intimate knowledge of the Canadian PR landscape, media relations
programs, and measurement activities, coupled with his customer relations and
software-training skills, has helped MediaMiser become Canada's premier media
analysis software solution.

Martin Lyster
Chief Financial Officer
Martin joined MediaMiser in 2003 and leads the company's financial activities as well
as contributing to the company's strategic planning initiatives.
Martin has over 12 years experience in financial management roles within public practice
as well as technology and manufacturing sectors. He has been a key contributor to
internal process driven improvements as well as external reporting and financing
activities.
An early adopter of ecommerce, Martin has successfully founded and launched several
ecommerce companies that have become leaders in their market space. Martin also has a
proven track record in internet marketing strategies and is well poised to contribute
to the company's Web 2.0 direction.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University in Western Australia,
and holds a CPA designation from the Australian Society for Certified Practicing
Accountants.

Paul Mewett
Director of Business Development
Paul joined MediaMiser Ltd. in 2004 as director of business development. He
brings extensive experience in management and operational responsibilities,
which he developed during his 20 years in the media and advertising research
industries.
In past positions, Paul has been acknowledged for his ability to build a high
degree of customer satisfaction in media, marketing and research services.
Prior to joining MediaMiser, Paul was President and founder of MediaFacts
Ltd. -- a leading provider of news monitoring, research, and analysis to government
and Fortune 500 clients.
Paul's experience also includes leadership positions at Adcheck Monitoring
and Research, Broadcast Monitoring Ltd., A.C. Nielsen, and Partner/ VP of Adscan
Research Ltd. -- a national advertising research firm where he has been responsible
for creating, executing, and managing national marketing and sales strategies.
An extensive range of client-based experiences, gives Paul the ability to
understand a clients' needs, and deliver innovative and reliable media
intelligence solutions. His demonstrated ability to exceed customers service
expectations and reliability, have proven invaluable to MediaMiser clients.
