Purposes of Collection and Use
We collect and use Journalist Information for the legitimate interest of providing our products and services which include a media database, media monitoring analysis and press release targeting. We only process Journalist Information that is relevant to the products and services that we provide.
Our customers and Service Providers use the Journalist Information included in our products and services to identify Journalists with whom to maintain a dialogue and manage reputation through dissemination of company news, announcements, product launches and industry-relevant content, and article and social media analysis.
Users of our services can also monitor Journalist’s interaction with the communications that they send including whether a Journalist opened an email sent via our services or clicked on any links contained in such email. This allows our users to understand the reach and impact of their message, whether the content interests you, and tailor future communications accordingly. How We Share Journalist Information We Collect

We share Journalist information with our customers in the course of our providing our products and services. These Service Providers have access to Journalist Personal Information as necessary to provide their respective services to us.

In certain jurisdictions, you may also have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information and other rights with respect to your Personal Information. In jurisdictions where such rights are not given, we may honor such requests, in whole or part, in our sole discretion or otherwise work with you to limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Information. We will make a sincere effort to respond to such requests in a timely manner. We may need to verify your identity before granting access to Personal Information in our custody and control.
