Paul Chessman is the Director of Research at Agility PR Solutions. He has over 25 years of experience in publishing and management of editorial and news research, focusing on the media industry, institutional and political spheres. Paul specializes in data governance, information architecture, business process improvement, multilingual localization, and news taxonomy. Before joining Agility in 2016, Paul worked as the Research Director for United Business Media Shared Services, where he was instrumental in leading editorial and institutional research teams in London, UK and Paris, France. Prior to his professional career within the news distribution industry, Paul worked as an archaeologist in the UK, Denmark, and Sweden.
Vice President, Global Services
Pragya Dubey is the Vice President of Global Services at Agility PR Solutions. She has been with Agility PR Solutions since 2015, collaborating with clients to create objective based media-monitoring and media-analysis framework. She has over 20 years of experience encompassing the fields of public relations, media analytics, social media and media monitoring in Canada, the United States and India. Pragya has helped design innovative programs that deliver clear ROI for clients that include companies and organizations from Fortune 500, federal government departments, municipal governments, non-profit organizations and small to medium sized enterprises. Pragya is a vegetarian and loves to cook delicious, sustainable meals.
Director, Human Resources
Marcus Duquette is the Director of Human Resources at Agility PR Solutions. Prior to joining Agility in 2017 as the Manager of HR, Marcus worked with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities as an HR officer and Compensation Specialist, and Bauer Performance Sports as the HR Manager in its Diamond Division. He is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) with a proven capability of creating positive change in the workplace. When he’s not busy making Agility an even better place to work, Marcus likes to create all sorts of cool things with his 3D printer.
Director, Business Development
Jeff Evans is the Director of Business Development at Agility PR Solutions. With over 20 years in sales leadership, Jeff’s focus has been on new sales, specifically building efficient, high-performing business development teams. Before joining Agility, Jeff held leadership roles at Sage, Vocus, and Deltek, where he was instrumental in creating world class BD teams that crushed their sales goals. One of Jeff’s passions is coaching and mentoring business development reps through the early part of their sales careers. Jeff lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, three children and two goldendoodles. In his free time, Jeff likes to give back his community by volunteering as part of the Auxiliary Unit with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Department.
Chief Executive Officer
Martin Lyster is the CEO of Agility PR Solutions. With over 20 years experience in technology and operations, and as a founding member and Chief Operations Officer at MediaMiser (now Agility PR Solutions) since 2003, Martin brings extensive PR technology experience to his role as CEO (as of 2016). Martin has participated in several acquisitions to date including the sale of MediaMiser to Innodata in 2014, the acquisition of Bulldog Reporter in 2014, and the acquisition of Agility in 2016. He is a father of four and enjoys travelling back to Australia to visit family and stay in touch with his roots.
Managing Director, UK
Allison Murphy is the Managing Director of Agility PR Solutions’ UK office. Alison has over 15 years of experience in the media measurement and PR software industry. She began her career as a National Account Coordinator for Cision, before working her way up to Account Development Manager. In 2007, Allison moved to PR Newswire and took on the role of Product Manager where she was an integral part of the product development team that created the Agility platform. In 2011, she moved across the pond to launch Agility in Europe. Allison takes full advantage of her proximity to France where she participates regularly in wine marathons.
Chief Sales Officer
Tom Perchinsky is an entrepreneurial leader with over 15 years of leadership experience building out high-performing sales teams at high-growth technology companies. Prior to Agility PR Solutions, he was Executive Vice President of Sales at Alphonso Inc., a company focused on television attribution and data. Other organizations Tom worked with in the past include iQMedia, which provides real-time TV analytics, and Vocus, a public relations software company. During his time at these companies, Perchinsky was a major player in their growth, building their sales teams and driving aggressive increases in annual recurring revenue. Outside of work Tom can be found cheering for the Baltimore Ravens.
Director, Product Management
Don Trynor is the Director of Product Management at Agility PR Solutions. With over 20 years of product management experience spanning the public relations, telecommunications, geoscience, and education industries, Don has led a wide range of technology products, including B2B SaaS, web, e-commerce, and mobile devices. Don has also led global and domestic Canadian product portfolios, such as with Rogers Communications where he led the BlackBerry portfolio, and CNW Group’s product portfolio (now Cision Canada). Don was also the co-founder of two successful technology start-ups. Don also loves to travel the world, seeing wonders like the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt and Machu Picchu in Peru.
Vice President, Product Development
Diane Vuignier is the Vice President of Product Development at Agility PR Solutions. Diane spent 25 years working in telecommunications, playing many key roles including software developer, architect, product owner, and software development manager, before joining Agility PR Solutions as Director of Product Development in 2010. Diane has delivered leading-edge software applications in multi-site, fast paced environments. Diane is a strong proponent of devOps and test automation to help deliver software products quickly and improve operational performance once delivered to customers. Diane lives in Ottawa, Canada with her husband and two children, where they enjoy all that the Canadian outdoors has to offer.
Director, Account Management
Erica Watson joined Agility PR Solutions as the Director of Account Management in early 2021. She has worked in the SaaS space for over 10 years with a focus on customer retention and growth. Prior to Agility, Erica was the Director of Account Management for an HR tech company where she helped them transition their business to a subscription model. Her other leadership roles include being an early team member of iQ Media, where she began her career in sales. As the business grew, Erica started, expanded, and oversaw the Account Management organization. Erica’s passions are traveling, animal rescue, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Director, Global Support
Andrew Woodall is the Director of Global Support at Agility PR Solutions. Andrew has worked in the PR services industry for over 15 years. Andrew joined Agility in 2015 and since then has created teams in North America, Europe and Asia that provide the field’s best training, product support and client success strategies. Andrew is committed to customer happiness through instant response times and high service levels and has designed processes that make the platform easy to work with, from set-up to orientation to full adoption. Andrew is from the West Midlands in the UK and spends his time away from the laptop playing football (soccer) and coaching his son’s rugby team.
Vice President, Sales
David Zion is the Vice President of Sales at Agility PR Solutions. With over 10 years in sales leadership, David previously helped steer Alphonso Inc. through an acquisition as Senior Director of Enterprise Sales. Prior to Alphonso Inc., he held roles at iQ Media Corp and Critical Mention, involving media intelligence and PR monitoring services. David was acknowledged for company-leading revenue benchmarks and unprecedented deal size every year in service. David has served on the faculty at New York University. He shares a dog with his wife Kelly, and the three of them enjoy long walks on the golf course.
